The Conservation of Orbital Symmetry

The Conservation of Orbital Symmetry is the original exposition of the Woodward-Hoffmann rules. This work was first published as a review in Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. Engl. in 1969 and was reformatted as a popular booklet in 1970. This is the third printing (1971, reissued by Elsevier in 2014).
